# scribbling.net via Graceful Flavor - This image is NOT animated: [gracefulflavor]

# Linkinus provides "Advanced IRC for Macintosh". It's similar to XChat in layout, with a channel list on the left, text in the middle, and user list for the selected channel on the right. But the channel list persists across invocations, and you can leave a background task running to listen to your channels when the user interface is closed. It has an autoexec list for executing commands when you connect to a server. You can extend it with AppleScript. There's an SDK for creating plugins. You can redesign the appearance with a Style SDK: html and css. And it's beautiful. $20. 15-day demo. Nicolas Lapomarda is working hard to add new features, which you can view on the development page. Once he implements SSL connections, I'm paying, and switching. [tuaw]
